Our approach

This website is deliberately light on tracking. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or social-media trackers.

What we do store

• Chat session identifier: when you use the chat bubble, a random identifier is stored in your browser's local storage so the conversation can continue across messages. It contains no personal information and is not used for tracking across sites.
• Sign-in state: if you use a CallHound dashboard or the admin area, your browser stores the token needed to keep you signed in for the session.

Third parties

If you start a subscription, checkout is provided by Stripe on stripe.com, which sets its own strictly-necessary cookies for security and fraud prevention — see Stripe's cookie policy for details. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which involves a technical request to Google's servers but no cookies on this site.

Managing storage

You can clear local storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will reset any open chat conversation.
