Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. Who we are

CallHound is a missed-call rescue and lead-management service operated by Sequence X Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11400919), 11 The Crofts, Rotherham, England S60 2DJ. These terms apply to businesses subscribing to CallHound ("you", "your").

2. The service

CallHound provides automated text-message responses to missed telephone calls, an AI-powered assistant that gathers enquiry details by SMS and web chat, lead dashboards, and related tools. The service is provided to businesses for business purposes and is not intended for consumers.

3. Trials, fees and cancellation

4. Your responsibilities

5. The AI assistant — important

CallHound's assistant is an automated system. It gathers information and responds helpfully, but it can make mistakes, and its messages do not constitute professional, safety or trade advice. It is not an emergency service. You remain responsible for reviewing leads, contacting customers, honouring commitments, and all work you carry out. Where the assistant provides general safety suggestions to callers (for example regarding water near electrics or suspected gas leaks), these are generic prompts and not a substitute for professional judgement or the emergency services.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third-party providers (including telecommunications carriers, Twilio, Anthropic, Stripe and our hosting provider) whose performance is outside our control. We may suspend the service for maintenance or to protect its integrity.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that: we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business or opportunities, or for indirect or consequential loss (including the value of any missed lead or job); and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

8. Data

Each party will comply with applicable data protection law. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal data is handled. You confirm you have an appropriate lawful basis for the processing of your customers' contact details through the service.

9. General

We may update these terms by giving notice; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact us at the registered address above or via the details on our website.
